🚫 No Money Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
All approved refunds are issued only in the form of a Gift Card, redeemable for future purchases on our website.

🎁 Sale Orders & Discount Codes

• Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return.

• Only size exchanges are allowed on sale items, subject to stock availability.

• Gift Cards and discount codes can be applied during sales.

• A ₹199 exchange fee applies to sale items. Please order thoughtfully.

📦 Failed Pickup Policy

We work with reliable courier partners, but sometimes pickups may fail due to logistical issues. In such cases, you may be asked to self-ship your product back to our warehouse.

As appreciation for your effort:

• For Exchanges: ₹100 store credit will be added to your account towards your shipping cost.

• For Returns: No deductions will be applied from your store credit.

🔁 Size Exchange Policy

Exchange Window

Requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

• Items showing signs of wear, stains, or damage are not eligible, unless received in that condition.

Valid Reasons for Exchange

• Wrong size

• Wrong item received

• Manufacturing defect

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

• Customised or personalised items

Exchange Charges

• From October 2025, a ₹49 reverse shipping fee applies to all size exchanges.

• A second exchange request for the same product will incur an additional ₹250 fee.

• Second-time returns are not allowed.

Process

1. Submit your request through our Return Portal.

2. Once approved, a pickup will be attempted twice.

   • If unsuccessful, please self-ship the item to our warehouse.

3. After the product is received and verified, your exchange will be processed.

   • This process typically takes 10–12 working days.

   • Updates will be sent to your registered email.

Stock Availability

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, you will receive a Gift Card or the option to choose a different item.

Note:
You cannot exchange one product for another directly.
Instead, initiate a return, wait for the Gift Card, and place a new order using that credit.

If pickup is unavailable in your area, we kindly request you to self-ship the product once your return is approved. The return address will be shared at that time.

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued as Gift Card after the product passes Quality Check (QC) at our warehouse.

Gift Card Terms

• Valid for 180 days from the date of issue.

• Coupon codes and Gift Cards cannot be used together in the same order.

• Exchange/return is not allowed on orders made using Gift Cards.

Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances due to our no-refund policy.
